Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. This week's topic is books I could reread forever. I wrote a post awhile ago about why I love to reread, so this topic was perfect for me! Here are some stories I keep going back to:
What are some of your favorite books?
I totally forgot Harry Potter on my list, can't believe that happened!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I've seen it on basically everyone's lists! I guess it's just a given!
DeleteWhich is why: even more shocking I forgot about it lol
DeleteAh chronicles of Narnia-- what a classic! I also adore the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe :)
ReplyDeleteMy TTT
It's such a lovely story!
DeleteThe only ones I've read are harry potter, and narnia.
ReplyDeleteBut I want to read Night Circus so bad!
OMG, you have to read it!! So good!
DeleteMy favorite books are; the Little House books, the Anne of Green Gables series, Jane Austen, Little Women, and Cheaper by the Dozen (not to be confused with the Steve Martin movie - the only similarities are that both feature 12 kids.)
ReplyDeleteOoh, nice choices!
DeleteYES to HP!!! I would love to go back to the Night Circus at some point too.
ReplyDeleteMe too, I haven't read it in awhile!
DeleteI do love to reread books and I've read a few of the ones you've listed. I'm thinking of listening to The Distant Hours before long. I've read it in print. Very nice list!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kay! I reread The Distant Hours last year, and I want to reread her others, too!
DeleteI'd love to re-read The Night Circus sometime. I absolutely loved that book! It's one of those books I want several different editions of. <3
ReplyDeleteI know, it's just so gorgeous!
DeleteWe share several favorite books this week. I also can't believe I forgot to put Jane Eyre on my list. I'm way overdue for a re-read of that.
ReplyDeleteYes, I'd love to reread Jane Eyre soon, too!
DeleteI need to read Night Circus, and some of the Narnia books should probably be on my list too, as there are several of those I wouldn't mind revisiting!
ReplyDeleteI've started listening to audio of some of the Narnia books, and that's fun!
DeleteHarry Potter made my list, too! That's my favorite series ever.
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
I think it's on practically everyone's list!
DeleteI don't re-read often, but I imagine HP and Narnia are frequently read by many of us.
ReplyDeleteYes, I would think so, too!
DeleteGreat list! I definitely would like to reread the Harry Potter series!
ReplyDeleteHere’s my TTT!
Ronyell @ Rabbit Ears Book Blog
I started listening to them on CD and that's been so fun!
DeleteThe Night Circus is a great one from your list. I could definitely enjoy reading it again. I've never read ANY Harry Potter. Can you believe that!?!
ReplyDeleteWhat?? Do you feel like you're missing out? I refused to read them for so long, but once I finally did, as an adult, I fell in love!
DeleteThat's fun, too!
ReplyDeleteYes, I've read Gone With The Wind quite a few times!
ReplyDeleteThe Goblet of Fire is my fave Harry Potter too!

It's such a good one!
DeleteI'm not much of a re-reader, so this was a tough topic for me! I did put HP on my list (OF COURSE!) and I would have added GWTW as #11. Somehow I completely forgot about JANE EYRE. Oops. I also need to re-read THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE. I never continued with the series, which is crazy. I need to remedy that.
ReplyDeleteGreat list today. Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
Thank you, Susan! I've read the entire Narnia series and the books are so charming, although I was a bit thrown by the last one!
DeleteI need to re-read The Night Circus soon!! :)
ReplyDeleteMe, too! Hopefully I'll get to it this year.
DeleteHarry Potter! Yes, so much! Also, I really need to read The Night Circus. It's been on my TBR forever and somehow I've never made the time for it!
ReplyDeleteAwesome list
Thanks, Di! Yes, please read The Night Circus soon! It's such a gorgeous book!
